Back to overview
During the Rilton Cup in Stockholm, Sweden, a successful e-Board Operator Seminar took place on 3–4 January 2026. Led by Sotiris Logothetis and organized in cooperation with the FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess, the Stockholm Chess Federation and the Rilton Cup organizers, the seminar welcomed 26 participants from eight countries.
Over two mornings, participants learned how to set up and operate DGT e-Boards, use DGT LiveChess and broadcast chess games live. Following the theoretical sessions, they had the opportunity to put their new skills into practice.
Initiatives like this help make chess more accessible worldwide, enabling tournaments and games from every corner of the globe to be shared with chess enthusiasts everywhere.
